The parks and commons of Chislehurst have a rich history and the village is located in one of the leafiest wards of Greater London. Our aim is to combine the two to showcase that history and proffer fresh breath from the green lungs of Chislehurst to enrich runners' visit to the Chislehurst Half Marathon.
The surplus from race entries will be donated to the Maypole Project. This wonderful organisation based in Orpington requires funds to continue with its work of supporting the families of children with complex illnesses and you can find out more about this on the Maypole Project page on this site.
We do hope that you enjoy your visit to the Chislehurst Half Marathon and have a great experience on 19th May 2019. In the meantime, please keep updated with developments by visiting and liking our Facebook page and following us on Twitter.
We hope to see you in May.

Yes, it was mean of the photographer to sit at the top of that hill wasn't it? However, looking back, the scenery was beautiful and your friends will be able to appreciate how hard you worked!
Well done everyone.
